Parking Supervisor/concierge

_**SDSI is looking for an experienced Concierge/Parking Supervisor to join our team.**_
- **HOURS: Must be flexible This position is Full time.**_
- **Monday to Wednesday - Daytime parking enforcement**_
- **Saturday and Sunday - 12-hour day shift/concierge **_
- _**Qualifications**:_
- _MLEO Licensed (an asset)_
- _G driver’s licence (G preferred)_
- _All applicants HAVE to produce a CLEAN, up to date drivers abstract from the Mot. _
- _Priority will be given to any driver who has taken a Defensive Driving Course within the last year_
- _1 year of Condo experience_
- _1 year of Supervisor experience in similar role _
- _Over 25 years preferred for insurance purposes_
- _Eligibility to work legally in Canada without restrictions_
- _Must have a valid security license._
- _CPR/First Aid_
- _Ability to work as a team_
- _Have access to a reliable vehicle (an asset)_
- _Must be open to flexible schedule_
- _Undertaking site specific training and following direction _
- _Must be comfortable driving, walking, standing or patrolling_
- _Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability_
- _Excellent Customer Service _
- _Write Reports_
- _Enforcing Trespass and Property Act_

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Security: 1 year (required)
- Parking Enforcement: 1 year (preferred)
- Concierge: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security licence (required)
- Full G (required)

Work Location: In person
