**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer challenges by providing solutions in a timely manner, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Investigate claims, enter service orders, in Service program and Winsys.
- Log customer calls.
- Product knowledge to assist Dealers with part and or install inquiries.
- Understand Warranty Policies and process Warranty Claims.
- Issue return authorizations.
- Work with Service Manager to troubleshoot CS problems caused by systems, procedures, or errors. Recommend processes for better efficiency.
- Attend training courses as required and other tasks given by Service Manager.

- Proven attendance record.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of college/vocation or technical training (grade 12 or GED as a minimum).
- Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques (window and door experience/knowledge an asset).
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills including familiarity with and proficiency in using the Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
