Garden Center Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their gardening needs
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the garden center
- Water and care for plants, flowers, and other garden products
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Assist with loading and unloading of merchandise
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of lawn care and gardening techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus

As a Garden Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the garden center is well-maintained. Your knowledge of gardens, plants, lawn care, interlock, and pest management, ability to communicate effectively, and experience with retail sales will contribute to the success of our team.
