Supply Chain Coordinator

A supply chain coordinator is an individual who is responsible for managing inventory and supply sources to support a company's manufacturing and anticipated demand. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations. Supply chain coordinator must assist in the purchase of materials and services and follow-up with vendors to ensure that the purchase orders have the correct price, freight charge, and delivery date. Ensure the quality and correct purchase of materials, parts and services. Under the directive orders from the logistics manager, supply chain coordinators must also perform inventory cycle counts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand
- Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards along with MDS
- Manage relationships with all Supervisors, including suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics

**Assets**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software

**Working Conditions**

The Supply Chain Coordinator will work in a warehouse environment and may be required to travel occasionally to meet with suppliers, vendors, and distributors.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
