**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Care: Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.**:

- **Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules. Monitor and report any changes in medication needs or side effects.**:

- **Companionship and Emotional Support: Engage in meaningful conversations, actively listen, and provide emotional support to clients. Foster a positive and supportive environment.**:

- **Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including tidying up clients' living areas and laundry and maintaining a clean and organized environment.**:

- **Assist with mobility and transfers: Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Proficient in safe lifting techniques and experienced with overhead lifts.**:

- **Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client care, including daily activities, medication administration, and any changes in health status. Report concerns, incidents, or significant observations to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professionals.**:

- **Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, admins, healthcare professionals, and other members of the caregiving team.**:

- **Comply with Regulations and Policies: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to client care, privacy, confidentiality, and occupational health and safety.**

- **Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Listens attentively and conveys information in a manner that is easily understood.**:

- **Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, able to think quickly on their feet and adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected situations while maintaining client safety and well-being.**:

- **Team Player: Works well within a team environment, collaborating with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.**:
