IT Operations Technical Support

Mobii is an established company in the Sports, Media and Broadcasting sector, specifically in large local and international sports events. We have created a new position for IT Operations Technical Support and are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
You need to be highly proficient in computer networking environments and have excellent computer literacy. Exceptional communication skills are a must.
Please note that due to the nature of sport events, work will be required on weekends, with time taken off during periods of the working week.

Technical Support Job Description
Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Resolving network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
- Managing multiple cases at one time
- Customer onboarding and training
Technical Support Requirements:
- High proficiency in Network configurations and network troubleshooting
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $45,120.00 per year
Schedule:
- Every Weekend
- On call
