Bilingual (French/English) Technical Support and Sales Support

Overview:Responsible for troubleshooting any issues that are received from retailers and its distributor personnel, working collaboratively with the global support team.Additionally responsible for providing bilingual (French/English) technical and sales training to retail personnel via face-to-face and teleconference sessions.Opportunity for travel to support new store set-ups, training, dealer events, sales meetings, and possibly international travel for company meetings.Liaising with the sales team to deliver a collaborative team response to the business.Responsibilities:Training:Assist in developing and improving training programs for retailers, distributors, sales teams, and support teams.Educate on the features and benefits of products, best practices for machine operation, maintenance, and film installation techniques.Maintain and update departmental tracking tools.Support:Provide comprehensive support to retailers and distributors in Canada through various channels (calls, WhatsApp, etc.).Track and measure support activities, including ticket management, response times, and outcomes.Access and utilize resources to resolve support issues promptly.Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate systems and products, aiding in business development with new and existing accounts.Participate in industry and customer events, including travel as needed (up to 10%).Engage with high-level customers, acting as the technical face of the company.Required Qualifications:Bi-lingual language skills: French and EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical school preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support roles.Must have experience in consumer electronics or telecommunications industry.Remote with up to 20% travel around Brampton and to the US*This role does not provide H-1B sponsorship*NO 3rd Party Recruiters
