Fleming offers more than 100 full-time programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Fine Arts, General Arts and Science, Technology, Skilled Trades, Community Development, Health, Business, and Justice as well as other Continuing Education courses.

As a contract faculty member with the Heritage Programs (Museum Management & Curatorship and Cultural Heritage Conservation & Management) you will play a key role in promoting academic excellence and creating an effective learning environment. As a Professor in the Heritage Programs, you will be expected to contribute to the discipline by developing relevant, program-aligned curricula, contribute to cross college discussions, develop student skills and play an effective role with the teaching teams, integrating innovative learning strategies and outcomes. Student assignments involve real world tasks and goals that are relevant to learner needs.

The ability to be flexible, adaptable and creative with both students and community partners is essential. Proven experience with a range of Cultural Heritage community partnerships is also required as our program works closely alongside local cultural institutions.
NOTE: This position requires regular travel between Sutherland Campus and the Peterborough Museum & Archives and the ability to teach day and/or evening classes.
**Salary Range**:
As per the part-time, partial load or sessional salary grid.
