Tower Crane Operator

* Level A Certified Tower Crane Operator.
- **Must be registered in BC** **with a valid operator certificate.**
- Must follow all safety precautions and follow all site-specific regulations.
- Attach rigging to material and equipment to prepare for moving with chains, shackles, web slings, chokers, and or straps.
- Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
- Must be able to perform load calculations.
- Determine angles and position of rigging to ensure all loads are safe and secure during lift.
- Maintain the on-site crane logbook daily.
- Must be able to communicate directions to rigger and foreman.
- Staying alert and maintaining a high level of concentration.
- Ability to work with hand and power carpentry tools and other construction equipment.
- Willing to assist with site clean up if there is no crane/rigging at the start of a job.
- References required.

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Level A Tower Crane Ticket - in BC Canada (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-02-28
