**Who We Are Looking For**

As a Financial Analyst at Platform Life Sciences Inc., you will work closely with the Head of Finance in this hybrid accounting/ project finance role, to manage the company's general accounting & financial processes AND with project teams on different projects, providing essential financial analysis and support. In this role, you will gather and analyze financial data, assess project performance, identify trends, and present insights, as well as generate accurate financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis. You will identify and evaluate financial risks associated with projects, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience is desired.
- At least 4 to 6 years' relevant experience in project finance and accounting.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the following tools or willing to learn on-the-job: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, with attention-to-detail, and an adaptive, proactive, and resourceful personality.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights. Proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and interpreting complex financials.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
