Die Cutter Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate die-cutting machine according to job specifications.
- Review job tickets and layouts to determine cutting specifications and ensure accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, registration, and cutting depth.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on the die cutting machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machine and make necessary repairs.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating a die cutting machine in a printing or packaging environment.
- Familiarity with different types of die cutting tools and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
