**Job Overview**
The Equipment Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of all drilling and excavation equipment and vehicles within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage resources, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain operational efficiency. The Equipment Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure that equipment is functioning optimally and meets the needs of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, ensuring it is in safe and working condition.
- Develop and manage budgets for equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to assess equipment needs for upcoming projects or events.
- Provide training to staff on proper equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with vendors for purchasing parts and services related to equipment.
- Implement cost-effective strategies for equipment management while ensuring high-quality performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in math for budgeting and financial tracking related to equipment costs.
- Experience in budgeting processes and financial management related to equipment operations.
- Familiarity with tracking inventory and sales related to equipment rentals or usage.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus enhancing communication within diverse teams or customer bases.
- Proficiency in spoken and written english is mandatory as it is the primary office language of communication.
- Skills in interviewing for hiring technicians or support staff as needed for equipment management roles.
- Ability to sell ideas or proposals regarding new equipment acquisitions or upgrades effectively.

This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence within our organization, ensuring that all equipment is managed efficiently and effectively to support our overall mission.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
