Infant Toddler Lead or Supervisor

**Join a dynamic and exciting team in the South Surrey Area.**
Creative Kids Learning Centers is searching for a permanent full-time Lead or Supervisor for one of our Infant and Toddler programs at our Morgan Crossing location in South Surrey. This position is for someone with their Infant/Toddler certification and that has well developed leadership skills.

**Requirements**:
- Have Infant Toddler BC license or currently attaining
- Have experience working in a busy IT program
- Must have full availability 7:00am-6:00pm each day
- Be available and flexible with shifts to accommodate supporting the program whenever needed
- Have the interpersonal skills to be able to lead, mentor and model a staffing team
- Excellent guiding and caring skills and use of ECE language
- Understand the routines and expectations of the programs and make sure they are met
- Understanding the importance of getting Toddlers ready for the expectations in a 3-5 classroom
- Have the temperament to be able to manage stressful situations and be flexible with issues that will arise in a busy program
- Confidence and temperament to work with challenging behaviours
- Strong communication skills
- adept in modelling professionalism, reliability, dependability and respectfulness
- Knowledgeable in licensing requirements and making sure that standards are met
- passion for working with children and providing a safe, caring and responsive environment
- excellent communication and conflict resolutions skills
