Early Childhood Educator Infant/Toddler Position

At BrightPath Kids Canada, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator Infant/Toddler to join our team at Clayton Hills, BC.

As an Early Childhood Educator Infant/Toddler, you will work closely with teachers and families to provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath's curriculum to support children's development.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Assessing children's abilities, interests, and needs, and discussing progress with parents and staff.
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with colleagues, management, and families.
  • Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Requirements include:

  • Early Childhood Educator Infant Toddler Certificate.
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR.
