The Install Crew provides quality hotel installation services to a variety of hotel properties across Canada. We're the team that takes the hotel renovation project to the finish line, installing the furniture, art and other fixtures. We work in collaboration with our renovation partners to ensure we delivery top quality and professional results on every project.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with installation experience and a willingness to travel.

The Site Supervisor is the ‘go to’ person on site. They ensure that all projects are completed on time and to The Install Crew’s quality and service standards. They are responsible for all equipment and crew on site, including training, leading and coaching. The Site Supervisor is a team player and cares about the work they do and the people on site, ensuring a safe and respectful environment - while taking the time to recognize a job well done.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Project Manager to review project plans, reports and schedule and determine scope of work.
- Meet crew and set project plan based on scope of work. Provide site orientation to the team.
- Coordinate daily activities on site and daily meetings with team.
- Complete daily checklists, reports and updates to Project Manager
- Ensure all members of crew are adequately trained to perform assigned tasks.
- Recognize crew members' abilities and provide opportunities to cross train
- Perform installation tasks when required.
- Unload trucks and move goods to rooms when required.

**Qualifications**
- One year of leadership experience in a position related to operations, facilities or construction
- Two years experience in hotel furniture installations.
- Strong problem solving and resolutions abilities. Able to work independently and takes initiative.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
- Ability to connect with new staff quickly and effectively.
- Results-oriented and highly skilled at keeping tasks and projects moving along.
- M**ust be willing to travel within Canada.**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Carpentry or Installation: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
