Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement of materials.
- Oversee the implementation of project plans and resolve any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- At least to have bachelors degree in Civil Engineer.
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction management software like ProCore.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and construction estimating.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for project management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
