Your role:
As a team member of the Department Manager, Advanced Formulation Development, you will actively contribute to the industrialization of rubber compounds and supplier approvals. You will provide invaluable support in resolving problems at manufacturing sites, and participate in the validation process for new industrialization standards for compounds, tools and methods.

You will play a key role, both operationally and in your area of expertise.

We need you for:

- Participate in the industrialization of rubber compounds in compliance with industrial constraints, tools, methods and processes
- Contribute actively to the raw materials quality process (technical specifications, technical supplier contracts, safety data sheets, validation processes, etc.)
- Contribute to the coordination of the quality process in his/her area of activity
- Contribute to risk analyses and action plans for standard blending projects
- Define test plans, monitor their implementation, summarize results, propose actions and update industrialization guidelines in line with definition specifications, industrial constraints, tools, methods and processes
- Help make decisions concerning the treatment of non-conformities
- Support rubber track manufacturing plants in the approval of new compound subcontractors, while respecting performance, costs and deadlines
- Support rubber track manufacturing plants in resolving issues related to existing compound subcontractors
- Work closely with the industrialization team, compound formula developers and the analysis laboratory
- Develop links with compound industrialization experts at other Group sites

What do you need to possess for being successful:

- College diploma in plastics processing, chemistry or bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in rubber, plastics or other relevant field related to raw materials industrialization
- Fluency in French and good level of English
- Frequent use of the Office Suite
- Available for occasional travel, mainly in the United States (up to 20%)
- Excellent collaboration and team spirit
- Ability to solve problems using a structured methodology
- You are dynamic and have a positive attitude
