Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Help create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customers is a plus
- Experience as a clerk or in retail management is preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processes is an advantage
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The assistant manager will work closely with the manager to ensure smooth operations, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

**Salary**: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
