As the Marketing Manager for LineZero, you will be a central component in the expansion of LineZero's business. Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you’ll be someone who is passionate about content and brand strategy and story telling, and is competent in navigating through and working with various stakeholders internally and with partner organizations such as Meta.

**What You'll Do**:

- Support our company growth by developing and refining our marketing strategy
- Provide input for areas of focus in content marketing, event marketing, website optimization, marketing automation, and brand marketing.
- Create strategically important content.
- Run analyses and audits of our websites, marketing automation platforms, and content libraries to provide prioritized strategic recommendations, aligned with B2B marketing best practices.
- Analyze and interpret data to proactively suggest campaign improvements and generate plans for new campaigns and initiatives.
- Research and recommend best practices in B2B digital marketing and B2B marketing operations.
- Present completed campaign plans and results
- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on data
- Manage Meta partner relationships
- Work closely with our VP of Marketing in standardizing processes and practices around key Strategy and Planning projects to drive the return on marketing investment.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 7-10 years of marketing experience.
- Proven record of successful marketing strategy and campaigns at a B2B, technology, or professional services company.
- Prior exposure to planning and communicating integrated campaigns, including content marketing, events, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of B2B digital marketing best practices.
- Comfortable working with large amount of data and being able to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and oral communication skills - these skills are a MUST.
- Expertise in marketing automation software such as Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for content marketing.
- Flexible and agile mindset.
- People management experience is a bonus.
- Marketing agency experience is a big bonus.
