**General Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated **Part-Time CMMS Administrator** to join our growing team. In this role, you will responsible for the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used across TG MINTO: Palmerston and Stratford facilities. This position will be based primarily in Palmerston, reporting to the Maintenance manager.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**General**
- Update and maintain existing /new Assets, PMs, Tasks, Files and Work Orders in the CMMS.
- Assist supervisors and maintenance assistant managers to Schedule PMs and WOs in the CMMS.
- Link spare parts to open work orders and assets.
- Generate Maintenance schedules in different formats as required by Maintenance supervisors.
- Help transition manual PM programs into the CMMS.
- Proactively liaise with TGMO and TGNA on developing standards and best practices within CMMS
- Support PM documentation and planning of manual PM programs per OEM recommendations or internal Machine Group team.
**Parts**
- Monitor and track acquisition of spare parts for open WOs and scheduled PMs.
- Work with purchasing personnel to maintain adequate levels of spare parts.
- Analyze work orders and prepare critical/high-risk parts list
- Update WOs with ETA of ordered parts.
**Reports**
- Maintains accurate status of the backlog of work orders.
- Aid in the measuring of the performance of Maintenance personnel.
- Generate and communicate daily, weekly, monthly Maintenance compliance reports.
- Follow up with purchasing personnel on availability/arrival of spare parts related to open work orders.
- Identify, correct, and report mistakes in the CMMS created by Maintenance and Production personnel.
- Assist with Shutdown Labor planning and reports
**Documentation**
- Maintain equipment documentation (manuals, history, reports, etc).
- Provide central source of information concerning maintenance work, equipment, and equipment repair.
**Other**
- Maintain a strong relationship with Production and Maintenance personnel.
- Be aware of equipment reliability status at all times.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager per company’s changing business needs

**Education or Experience**
- Have relevant qualification (minimum High School or possible Associate Diploma).
- Five years of minimum experience in a production maintenance environment supporting CMMS.
- Strong experience with Database use and data entry required.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Strong MS Office skills are required.
