**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed maintenance, diagnostic procedures, and repairs on a wide range of small agricultural equipment, including but not limited to tractors, harvesters, and planting machinery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored solutions that enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive service records, documenting all repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical advice and support to customers, aiding in the selection of suitable equipment and accessories.
- Stay current with emerging agricultural technologies and equipment to continually provide knowledgeable service and advice.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our clients.
