**About this role**:
We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join one of the largest Canadian banks.

**What we are looking for**:

- Agile Expertise - Be the expert in scrum methodology. Facilitate a range of scrum activities, including The Sprint, Daily Scrums, Retrospective Meetings, and Backlog Refinement. Actively promote agile and scrum methodology across the business to enable quick, effective, and meaningful transformation.
- Collaboration - Work closely with development teams and product owners to discover and implement scrum best practices. Communicate key updates to stakeholders, and balance their demands as needed. Collaborate with Agile Coaches to ensure there is alignment with the Agile Delivery Framework, and provide feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Coaching - Leverage your expertise to educate individuals and teams about agile and scrum methodologies. Coach development teams to implement scrum practices to drive change. Ensure your team is on track to deliver on project objectives by coaching the development team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Relevant Experience - Must have previous experience in technology teams in the Canadian banking industry

**Who you are**
- You’re a certified PMP professional. It's an asset if you have your Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification with 3+ years of Scrum Master experience on an Agile delivery team. It's also an asset if you have prior experience of working on Information Security projects.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
