**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform site visits, interpret specifications, blueprints, and prepare estimates
- Attend walk-throughs and scope clarification meetings with the customers
- Evaluate most efficient methods of the work process and material usage to minimize costs
- Provide detailed instruction to technicians at the start-up meetings for the job and ensure the team is prepared to complete the job within the approved quote/estimate
- Order materials, equipment and supplies for the scheduled jobs
- Work closely with the dispatch team by answering their technical questions, and assisting them with assigning the right technician for the jobs
- Work with subcontractors, negotiating with the different parties for the best pricing
- Work with the management to explore new areas to expand the revenue
- Establish and maintain working relationships with potential customers
- Work with the team updating the maintenance list and proactively making outbound calls

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience working in plumbing, drainage, and excavation
- Experience in sales and estimates
- Ability to communicate effectively, maintain positive public relations and excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work in a team environment displaying leadership, positive work ethic, integrity, and the ability to follow direction effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Exchange
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
