Job description

Well Established Local Pavement Maintenance Company requires mature individual(s)

**Type of work includes**:
Parking lot asphalt patching and paving, crack repair, sealcoating, line marking, power sweeping and other commercial, industrial and institutional parking lot related work. Also will include driving pickup trucks and small single axle dump trucks and pulling trailers.

Full training provided.

(Industry experience or skid steer and heavy truck/trailering experience considered an asset)
- Additional opportunities/pay available for qualified individuals with DZ license.

**Applicant must**:

- Have a great attitude, be reliable and punctual and willing to learn
- Possess driver’s license "G" in good standing (abstract required)
- Have their own transportation to our shop located in Caledonia
- Be eager to work and have flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
- Be in good physical condition
- 35 - 50 hours per week

**Competitive wages paid with room to grow**

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caledonia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- outdoor construction or landscape: 1 year (preferred)
- skid steer: 1 year (preferred)
- trailering: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-06-03
