**THE POSITION**:
Norton Construction is currently seeking a general labourer.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to navigate construction site terrain,
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads when required,
- Must be a team player, willing to assist or perform other duties as required,
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at jobsite,
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles,
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours,
- Must be able to work outside in most conditions,
- Experience with heavy equipment is considered an asset.
