We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist for a busy holistic health clinic in Richmond Hill. This is a 16-20 hours a week, a part-time permanent position from 8:00 am -12 pm Monday, 3:00 PM-7:00 Pm Wednesday, and, 2:30 PM-2:45-6:45 PM Thursdays and 1-5 Fridays. There is potential for the hours to increase.

We are seeking a receptionist who is interested in and has knowledge of holistic health practices. Previous experience working in Chiropractic, Nutrition, and Functional Medicine clinic is an asset but not required.

**No students, please.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Customer service: Will act as the first point of contact and be a representative of the clinic.
- Must have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor and greets patients upon arrival.
- Comfortable answering phones and making phone calls, booking appointments.
- Ensures patients don’t miss appointments using the organizational systems already in place.
- Office organization: filing and organizing patient files and documents.
- Keeping all records organized and up to date, ability to learn, and implementing existing filing systems.
- Ordering office products and supplies.
- Computer literacy: ability to quickly learn the office computer system, PMP.
- Previous knowledge of PMP is not necessary but an asset.
- Taking payments and reconciling payments at the end of the shift
- Experience cash handling, and taking credit and debit payments.
- Must be able to understand how to balance the books at the end of the shift
- Use problem-solving skills to fix any errors that may have occurred.
