- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape maintenance workers in performing various tasks such as mowing, trimming, etc.
- Plan and prioritize daily work assignments for the crew
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Operate power equipment, including but not limited to, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers
- Drive truck and trailers, safely to and from job sites.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily bases.

**Salary**: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
