Montréal, Canada Kube Innovation inc. Full time

Reporting to the director of engineering you will be responsible for supporting the production line in all the activities, from product transfer to regular production. Ensuring the smooth running of all production activities in line with ISO 13485, Health Canada, FDA, cGMP, and CE mark.

BY JOINING OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:

- Be responisble for daily production and sales order fullfillement.
- Participate in the design transfer and the validation of all manufacturing processes of medical devices while following the quality system in accordance with ISO 13485.
- Support production line to ensure continuous production.
- Perform assembly, check and packaging of finished products according to instruction, work order, validation and inspection instructions in a quality and schedule-minded fashion.
- Maintain order in the work space.
- Participate in process validation and continuous improvement activities.
- Support logistics, packing, and shipping of finished products.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as quality and R&D to ensure the development of processes and tooling to support the production of medical devices.
- Lead small production projects with autonomy.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- Graduate of collegial degree ideally.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position ideally in the medical industry ideally.
- Highly detail oriented, quality focused and meticulous individual.
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field industry is an asset.
- Adaptable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing systems and molding.
- Ability to work in English or French.
- A strong team player able to contribute to discussions.
- Good knowledge of process validation requirements is an asset.
- Detail oriented, quality focused, meticulous and versatile individual.
