**Title**: Team Lead, Provider Relations
**Salary**: $84,250 - $99,117 - $113,985 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 8:00am to 4:00pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: 100 Park Royal S, West Vancouver **or **1166 Alberni St, Vancouver (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

**About the role**
As the Team Lead, Provider Relations, you will lead a team of three in building community relationships on behalf of Health Benefits through communications and proactive engagement with First Nations leadership, First Nations communities, and internal stakeholders.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Graduation with a degree from a recognized university an acceptable specialization relevant to the work to be performed OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
- A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
- Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant and significant experience in provider relationships.
- Knowledge of First Nations communities in BC and the health services they receive.
- Experience in Supervising.
- Working with Health Benefits and/or Health Service Providers such as credentialing, quality assurance, and/or issues management
- Experience in preparing and delivering advice, briefings and/or presentations to senior management and/or clients and/or stakeholders.
- Experience in developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with stakeholders to advance organization objectives.
- Experience working with First Nation communities and/or Indigenous organizations.
- Experience working with third party benefit providers.
- Experience in prioritizing and implementing complex projects or programs involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders with a broad range of competing or conflicting interest.
- Training and experience in advancing cultural safety and humility.
- Willingness and ability to Travel by various modes of transportation (small and large aircraft, vehicles and/or boats), in various weather conditions, often to remote communities with few amenities.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime.
- Willingness and ability to work by telework or work remotely.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Vancouver Health Benefit & Services office for in-person meetings.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
