Automotive Body Shop Estimator

The Jim Pattison Toyota Surrey has a new opportunity for a Body Shop Estimator to join our team
**Overview**:
Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while consistently completing accurate collision appraisals of the damages for insurance and customer vehicles. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring each appraisal accurately outlines the required repairs to ensure a profitable and quality repair while working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPI’s.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor while performing duties around the body shop.
- Examine and accurately estimate vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, refinish,
and interior damage.
- Accurately verify the information and complete estimates in a timely manner.
- Clear communication between dealership and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and paperwork are completed and uploaded.
- Participate in production meetings.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
