**Key Responsibilities**:
**Workshop Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise a team of skilled woodworkers, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth workflow, from material preparation to final assembly and finishing.
- Provide guidance and support to your team, helping to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

**Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that each piece of furniture and cabinetry meets the company’s exacting standards before delivery.
- Conduct thorough inspections at every stage of production, from raw materials to final finishes, ensuring consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
- Identify and correct defects or issues, working closely with the team to make necessary adjustments.

**Custom Woodworking & Cabinetry**:

- Participate in hands-on woodworking, including designing, building, and assembling custom furniture and cabinetry.
- Utilize your expertise to oversee and contribute to the craftsmanship of complex, high-end custom projects.
- Work closely with the design team to bring creative visions to life while maintaining functionality and durability.

**Organization & Workflow Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized shop, ensuring that tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored, maintained, and accessible.
- Implement efficient workflow systems to optimize production and minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

**Leadership & Development**:

- Manage and mentor a team of woodworkers, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their best work.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment where team members feel motivated and supported.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in custom woodworking and cabinetry.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a woodworking shop or related production environment.
