Business Development / Account Executive

**When your actions lead to success.**:

- Develop strong relations with prospects and clients, key decision-makers, and influential people in order to address their specific needs and educate prospects on the unique value proposition of Content Solutions products/services.
- Prepare and present TC Transcontinental and Content Solutions to current and potential clients value-added business proposals with the goal of establishing a lasting partnership.
- Develop and maintain prospective clients’ pipeline, forecasts revenues and provides regular activity reports to Senior Management and Advisor council.
- Build customer specific business plans on an annual basis.
- Develop strong relationships with internal SME’s to know when to bring them in the sales cycle.
- Assist with improving and developing marketing and sales collateral in collaboration with leadership team
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegate tasks to assist in the achievement of strategic goals and eventual transfer of the day-to-day account management to account coordinators / project managers.
- Manage accounts to client satisfaction.
- Generate reports on key sales metrics for management team.

- 5+ years of proven successful sales experience in digital marketing and retail flyer industry.
- Knowledge of both digital and traditional content solutions and social media platforms.
- Must be a strong, organized communicative person who likes to think differently and isn't afraid of "No".
- Fluent in English; Bilingual an asset.
