The Opportunity
The junior production planner will be responsible for production planning/ scheduling related activities including work order preparation, materials consumption, work order closure and Inventory investigation etc. Also support the continuous improvement in production and supply chain field.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule (work orders) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity
- Follow up the status of work orders, proceed materials consumption and work order closure
- Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, QA, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance on work order BOM, inventory investigation, shipment priority, documents sign off and work order cost analysis
- Communicate production schedules, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders, including production technicians and management
- Analyze production data, update and monitor key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks for improvement

Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures for continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols, quality management system, and regulatory requirements throughout the production planning process
- Performs other production related tasks as assigned

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of production planning/ production scheduling related experience
- Experience and knowledge of ERP system

About You
- Ability to identify potential problems and take appropriate actions
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Good organisational skills and ability to coordinate workload to ensure that deadlines and targets are met
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Must be able to work in a team setting
