**Position Overview**: As an RS Breakers and Controls Technician and Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of RS breakers and controls, with a specific focus on sheet metal components. You will utilize your expertise in welding, laser cutting, bending, CNC operation, and metal fabrication to produce high-quality sheet metal parts and assemblies according to engineering specifications and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate RS breakers and controls components, with a particular emphasis on sheet metal parts, using welding, laser cutting, bending, and CNC equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components.
- Perform precision measurements and inspections to verify sheet metal component dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address any discrepancies or issues during sheet metal fabrication.
- Install RS breakers and controls systems at customer sites, ensuring proper alignment and functionality of sheet metal components.
- Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in sheet metal components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular maintenance of sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sheet metal work, welding, laser cutting, bending, CNC operation, and metal fabrication is required.
- Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately, with a specific focus on sheet metal components.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols at all times.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or formal training in sheet metal work, welding, metal fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the assembly and installation of electrical control systems is an asset.
- Familiarity with RS breakers and controls products and components is a plus.
