- **The Position**_
- **As an Aerial Design Program Manager, you will**:_
- _Manage staffing, training, and budgetary requirements with respect to a variety of utility and telecommunications clients within Ontario;_
- _Development and support of Surveyors and Project Coordinators;_
- _Coordinate work activities with internal and external members, ensuring work is allocated and executed according to delivery timelines;_
- _Ongoing development of design standards methodology for ongoing improvement associated to operational efficiencies;_
- _Adhere to strict project budgets and client deliverable dates;_
- _Plan, evaluate and improve efficiencies associated to business processes to enhance quality, cost, and productivity;_
- _Accountable for development and proposals in accordance with departmental opportunities;_
- _Other activities as required._
- **Specific Requirements of the position**_
- _Knowledge of ESA & CSA standards / overhead systems (22/04 reg);_
- _Familiar with Quickpole and SpidaCalc;_
- _Excellent written and oral communication skills;_
- _Strong time management and organizational skills;_
- _Experience managing large teams;_
- _Experience in management role, overseeing staff with accountabilities associated to multiple large programs;_
- _Works well in team-orientated environment;_
- _Efficient with Microsoft Office products_
- _Familiar with Canadian Industry Codes, Engineering Practices, Standards and Construction Methods._
