**Responsibilities**:

- Install, inspect, and service propane systems according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on propane equipment and gas systems including vaporizers.
- Measure, cut, thread and assemble pipe using required tools for the installation of gas systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with propane systems to identify and resolve problems promptly.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule installations, maintenance visits, and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete necessary documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and safety or service records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Gasfitter - Class A license issued by AIT.
- Proven experience working as a Gasfitter in the propane industry, with a strong understanding of propane systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of relevant current codes, regulations, and safety standards governing propane installations and operations.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving abstract. _If the applicant has an air brake designation that is considered an asset._
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Holding the following certifications would be considered an asset: CSTS 2020, WHMIS, First Aid, AWP, Industrial Fall Protection & H2S Alive.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
