**Job Description**:
As a CNC Assistant at Sticky Media Inc., you will play a crucial role in our production process, assisting in the operation of our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to fabricate a variety of signage products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all signage meets our quality standards and exceeds client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of CNC machines to cut, carve, and shape various sign materials, including wood, plastic, and metal.
- Load and unload materials onto CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning for accurate cutting and carving.
- Monitor CNC machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.
- Inspect finished signage products for quality defects and inconsistencies, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with CNC machines preferred, but not required.
- Basic understanding of woodworking and/or metalworking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and move materials as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Bilingual

Pay: $15.76-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
