Administrator / Data Entry Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Data Entry and upkeep of the Kova Red UTL database while ensuring a high level of accuracy in accordance with our database policy
- Review technical reports for deficiencies or errors and contact technician to clarify incompatibilities
- Create formalized reports of inspection findings from technicians to be reviewed and stamped by engineers
- Maintain client confidentiality and satisfaction with professionalism
- Maintain communication among employees, ensure all employees are following proper protocol
- Prepare reports and correspondence between office staff and clients
- Update customer and account information on an ongoing basis
- Ensure file record keeping is organized on the server
- Provide exemplary communication with professionalism between all departments and clients
- Strong computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Other duties may apply
