**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food items served.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
