**Job Description - Barista (part-time)**

Reports to Service Manager

One of the things we are most known is our amenities that we offer our guests and more in particular our “Barista Service”. Our Barista is responsible for making one of the many refreshments we offer and in turn a memorable guests experience with our dealership. They are also required to assist our service team to answer service calls, offer assistance and make service appointments. This is a fast-paced role that requires an individual who is personable and self-assured, a strong communicator, very organized, multi-tasker and has a great ability to address details while making our guests feel welcome. As such, the Barista role is a strategic position for our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Function with integrity, honesty and service that reflects the culture of Lexus of Royal Oak
- Host our guests, responding to their general questions and providing Barista service.
- Provide quality beverages adhering to presentation, health, safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to a positive environment by constantly anticipating guest and team needs.
- Communicate information to the Management team regarding changes in Guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high demand.
- Provide phone support for our Service Department as guest traffic permits.
- Assist with other administration support as needed.
- Other duties as requested by Management.

**Hours**: 3:30pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 6pm Friday and the occasional Saturday

**Compensation**: $17.00
