**Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?**:

- Exécuter la livraison de projets/programmes TI incluant la sélection des stratégies de livraison.
- Assurer à ce que les budgets ainsi que les prévisions budgétaires soient alignés avec les objectifs de l’organisation.
- Gérer et supporter le cycle de vie des ressources PMO TI : intégration, embauche, assignation en fonction de la capacité.
- Assurer la qualité des données budgétaires du portfolio TI incluant les indicateurs de performance en lien avec le PMO TI (KPI).
- Maintenir la gouvernance avec les fournisseurs en lien avec la livraison des projets.
- Promouvoir les activités de transfert de connaissance et de leçon apprises dans l’équipe PMO TI dans le but de promouvoir les meilleures pratiques.
- Assurer de l’utilisation des meilleures pratiques PMO, des transferts de connaissance ainsi que de documenter les leçons apprises en lien avec le PMO et la communauté TI.
- Gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire de gestionnaires de projet TI et de ressources PMO TI (internes & externes).
- Assurer de l’utilisation de la méthodologie PMO TI, des outils standard ainsi que de l’amélioration continue.
- Assurer l’efficacité du PMO TI et supporter les activités de projets tel que les Achats et Finances.
- Assurer l’optimisation des outils standard pour une gestion efficace du portfolio TI.
- Maintenir les documents standard et les gabarits requis dans le dépôt de document centralisé pour la communauté TI.

**Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?**:

- Vous possédez une solide expérience dans la gestion de portfolio TI, de projets TI incluant assignations et nívellement des ressources (5+ ans d’expérience).
- Vous possédez une solide expérience du cycle de vie complet de la livraison de projets TI, préférablement dans un contexte international.
- Vous possédez un excellent niveau technique avec les outils et la méthodologie de gestion de projet (idéalement PMP/PMI).
- Vous êtes capable d’informer les intervenant TI pour tout ce qui concerne budgets, couts réels et planifications budgétaires.
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension de la gestion de projets dans un environnement TI PMO ainsi que des outils nécessaires à sa livraison.
- Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion d’équipe ainsi que la capacité à motiver les ressources.
- Vous possédez une solide capacitée d’analyse et d’adaptation dans un contexte international et dynamique.
- Vous maitrisez l’anglais pour le travail (écrit et parlé sont nécessaire).
- Vous êtes flexible et avez la capacité de vous adapter aux changements de priorités.
- Vous avez de l’expérience à travailler avez des ressources multifonction ne se rapportant pas nécessairement à vous.
- Vous êtes engagé à livrer du travail de qualité.
