**Title**: Service Desk Analyst -Coop Student
**Contrac**t: Co-op Student, 4-month Term
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs
**Location**: 100% on-site, (working various locations in Downtown Vancouver and Park Royal Head Office)

**About the role**

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be supporting incident management relating to password resets, laptop imaging, and preparing laptops for new hires. Additionally, you will identify and escalate problems relating to IT equipment desk setup, collecting and updating customer information, and reviewing/testing of documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Simple password resets.
- Laptop imaging.
- Preparing laptops for onboarding.
- Packaging/shipping IT equipment to FNHA sites and staff home offices.
- IT equipment desk setup.
- Printer address book/VOIP phone/Active Directory cleanup/administration.
- Collection and updating of customer information.
- Review and testing of documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- IT or related field of study.
- Some experience supporting IT environments (hardware/software/multi-function devices, etc.).
- Customer service experience (does not need to be in IT field).
- Multitasking.
- Close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to collaborate with customers and other IT staff.

**Additional Comments**
- This is an on-site/in office only position (NO working from home).
- Will be required to work at various offices in the Lower Mainland (downtown Vancouver and Park Royal).
