Sanitation Worker Night Shift

J&L Beef is a leading meat processing plant serving customers in the North American grocery and food service industry. **Schedule**:
Tuesday to Friday - 7:30 pm - 4:00 am and Saturday’s - 4:00 pm to 12:30 am - with the possibility of 1 to 2 hours of overtime each shift.

**Requirements for the position**:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and be minimum 18 years of age
- Applicants Must have a Valid Canadian Work Permit to apply**:

- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and safety focused
- Comfortable working around raw meat products
- Comfortable working in a wet environment with cool temperatures.
- Willingness to develop new skills
- Previous cleaning experience including GMP’s, and WHIMS are an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to find defects in product streams
- Ability to operate mobile equipment such as power jack, forklift, scissor lift, and any other mobile equipment would be considered an asset
- Able to handle extended periods of static tasks with alertness, but also able to multitask
