So, what will your new role look like?_
The Manager, Design Operations manages operational activities of the UX and Design team. They identify problems, build operations, and enable designers in their team to focus on their main skill-set, design. They plan and ensure smooth running of the day-to-day activities by developing and implementing processes and by offering sustained support to team members. The manager is accountable for the performance of the team and the delivery of user-centric value on a constant basis within the Product ecosystem. They contribute actively to the achievement of the goals set for UX and Product and the overall design culture.
You will:

- Run performance assessments to continuously improve the UX team’s co-creation, tooling, workflows, morale and positive impact on the business metrics.
- Support UX activities across swim-lanes. Create clarity and enable the design team to be more impactful by mediating decision-making, helping scope resources, tracking and communicating progress, resolving blockers, ensuring processes are followed efficiently and surfacing challenges.
- Prioritize team needs and objectives over time and ensures the team members allocate their time and energy to priorities in line with the Product roadmap and Design strategy.
- Continuously monitor and improve cross-functional partnerships by optimizing for increased information flow, communication, planning and collaboration. Act as a bridge between UX and other teams (Marketing, Sales, Software development, Design System, Customer Success).
- Embody inclusive leadership, aligned with GSoft culture and values.
- Keep team members informed, support their growth and maximize their engagement.
- Develop the necessary rituals and identify upskilling programs. Run regular 1-on-1s with direct reports.
- Manage and optimize tooling and other logistics for the team, including relationships with external parties (contractors, vendors).
- Carry out daily administrative management tasks necessary for design operations and the responsibilities determined by the company. Help hire great product and content designers.
- Help the team and its members to perform by taking off administrative work off their plate, identify the right people to bring in, advocating for new hires, etc.
- Work hand in hand with designers, Director of UX and Design, Product managers, managers, and developers to increase the productivity of the team.

**What does your future team look like?**
You will join the UX team as part of the Officevibe Product team. You will report to the Director of UX and Design. Your team will be made up of 3 Product designers and 2 Content designers.
- What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?_
The product is growing and we are touching more markets than before (recognition, engagement, performance management). The competition is fierce and the UX team needs to create new features efficiently while onboarding new members.

- Experience with performance metrics.
