**What We Are Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:
Renovation demo and framing, deficiency work, finishing carpentry when required, back framing, fencing, window/door install.
Ability to complete home owner deficiency work such as caulking, drywall patching and paint is a bonus.
Work with subcontractors on complex projects such as retaining walls, driveway grading, site preparation.

**Your Skills**:
Strong carpentry experience to ensure work is progressing to the quality that represents our brand
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to adapt with change as we are a growing business
Strong attention to detail

**Qualifications**:
Carpenter or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 5 years experience with carpentry related experience including experience on complex build sites

**Education**:
Journeyman Carpentery
Red Seal a bonus

Company truck after 3 months and gas provided

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
