**Hourly Rate of $19.89/hr during probation (720 hours), with tiered hourly increases based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (E.g., $20.15/hr after probation to $20.40/hr after completing 1440 hours).**:

- **2 weeks after one year of service and increasing to 3 weeks after three years of service**:
- **Overtime is available based on business needs at a time and a half rate or double time rate as applicable.**:
- **Guaranteed full time position with 40 hours a week.**:
**What is this role?**:
**Fill trays/racks and co-packing using finished goods as per the daily production schedule. Works to ensure and contribute to the efficient operation of the production and shipping of product at MDC.**:
**Duties**:

- **Manually transport finished goods from the cases to the trays, racks and corrugated boxes.**:

- **Ensures that all completed trays, racks and corrugated boxes are transported to the appropriate loading/storage area.**:

- **Report any defective trays, racks and corrugated boxes to Supervisor.**:

- **Rotate stock as required and keep immediate area clean.**:

- **Operate Fork truck and Walkie.**:

- **Complete in detail, at the beginning of each shift, a Fork truck/Walkie safety checklist.**:

- **Ensure load bars are placed and secured correctly when loading a trailer.**:

- **Ensure load is placed and will ride without being damaged.**:

- **Inform supervisor and document any fork truck/walkie malfunctions.**:

- **Keep fork truck clean and in good appearance.**:

- **Change battery in fork truck when necessary.**:

- **Immediately pick up and clean up any spills that occur.**:

- **Performs any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisor.**:
