Schlossky Immigration Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time Licenced Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our quickly growing team. We are a boutique immigration firm that values diversity, collaboration, and autonomy. Hours of work are 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is an on-site job which requires you work out of our Robson Street office.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Knowledge of Canadian immigration is essential for this position. You have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar role**:

- **Must be a licenced RCIC in good standing with the** **College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants**:

- Strong knowledge of Canadian Immigration laws and regulations
- The ability to think constructively, creatively and outside the box to provide prospective clients with all possible options for their situation. Solution-driven mindset
- Have an interest in Canadian Immigration and like to stay up-to-date on the latest news
- Proactive, self-starter, you can work with little supervision but also work well in a team environment
- You work well in a fast-paced environment, you work well under pressure, are good at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong ability to listen, show empathy, and connect with prospective and current clients
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong drafting and research skills: Submission letters, affidavits, explanation letters, reconsideration requests, etc
- You have excellent communication and writing skills in English (excellent grammar and spelling are a must)
- Experience using legal case management software such as Officio, Caseasy, etc. is considered an asset
- Spanish speaking is considered an asset

**Your duties**:

- Exaluate clients profiles to determine a variety of immigration options and advise on the best course of action
- Research and stay up to date on the latest immigration changes
- Provide direction and instruction to support staff as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
