- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading a tape measure and using power tools (e.g., skill saw, chop saw, nail guns, table saw, etc.).
- **Tools**: Must have your own hand tools.
- **Dependability**: Strong time management skills—punctuality is a must.
- **Mobility**: Own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new skills and tackle a variety of tasks
- **Versatility**: Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- **Problem-Solving**: A knack for thinking on your feet and finding creative solutions.
- **Independence**: Ability to take initiative and work responsibly without constant supervision.
