Being a Product Manager - Commercial Finance at National Bank means acting as a "leader" and making strategic decisions to maximize value for the Bank and its customers.

In your role, you will actively participate in the successful transformation of the Bank's Corporate Finance processes and work on the optimization of business processes in a constantly changing environment.

Your job:

- Guide project development: Articulate a target business vision and translate it into strategy and priority activities
- Define targets, be accountable for results, and commit to the delivery of benefits
- Lead projects in multi-disciplinary teams with various internal partners, and with a role to add value for clients
- Prioritize activities according to user needs while taking into consideration business constraints to ensure an optimal customer experience while promoting good change management
- Act as a product expert with stakeholders
- Innovate and keep abreast of market trends
- Have a thorough understanding of business issues and the needs of key business partners
- Develop and implement innovative solutions in line with the Bank's orientations
- Ensure the development, implementation, follow-up and monitoring of policies, programs and strategies related to his/her field of expertise

**Competencies required**:

- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and seven years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience OR University Certificate/PUB undergraduate degree and nine years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of financing products and processes dedicated to corporate clients
- Experience in business analysis or process review
- Experience in Agile project management, an important asset
- Good knowledge of best practices and market and competitive trends
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make relevant recommendations
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, creativity and innovation
- Demonstrate strong organizational and priority management skills
- Influential leadership and excellent team player
- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English as you will be working with partners across Canada
