Prince Albert, Canada Lake Country Co-operative Ltd. Full time

**Reporting to the Agro team leader, responsibilities for this position include the following**:

- Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
- Load and unload Agro & Crop inputs products, maintain cleanliness, rotation, storage, and order of merchandise in the yard, compound and storage areas
- Prepare orders for deliver and assist in loading
- Be responsible for care of vehicles and equipment
- Pilot Bin deliveries & deliver augers
- Operate skid-steer to move fertilizer in and out of appropriate locations in instructed quantities
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service:

- You have a grade 12 or equivalent; agricultural and mechanical experience is an asset
- Passion and desire for all aspects of Agriculture and customer service
- You understand the concept of “full service” and will be able to work additional hours during the seasonal peaks(seeding and harvest)
- Must be willing to obtain TDG, WHMIS, Fork lift certificates
- Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and be willing to wear the required PPE
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and strive to be the best in the work that you do
- You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to fulfill physical job requirements; manual labour is required
- Must have a valid class 5 license: any other licenses and endorsements are considered assets
